Sophisticated tools, approachable output
The backend can be complex. The surface shouldn't be. Every solution is designed for the people who actually use it.
AivoLink
AivoLink is a human-centered innovation initiative exploring how AI, XR and immersive collaboration can transform learning, research, training and interdisciplinary co-creation.
We evaluate, combine, and deploy the newest tools before they hit the mainstream. When you come to us with a problem, we already know what's genuinely ready and what's still hype.
Our edge is not a fixed stack — it's the ability to rapidly prototype, evaluate tools, and deploy the right solution for each unique challenge.
The backend can be complex. The surface shouldn't be. Every solution is designed for the people who actually use it.
Turnkey solutions delivered fast, or hands-on workshops where your team learns while we build together.
We choose the tools that best fit your challenge — not the stack we happen to know. Research-backed, always current.
We started as Metropolia students, experimenting with VR and new tech.
The TITAN project proved that hands-on prototyping works across disciplines.
We help organizations do the same — turn passion for technology into real capability.
We started at Metropolia, tinkering with VR, AI, and whatever new technology caught our attention. Not because someone told us to — because we genuinely loved figuring out what these tools could do.
During the TITAN project (2023–2025), we saw something click: when students get access to tools and space, they drive innovation forward. That energy shouldn't stay in one department.
So we built AivoLink — a place where we share that passion for new technology with anyone who wants to explore it. Same curiosity, wider reach.
We work alongside your team in hands-on workshops, hackathons, and co-creation sprints where people learn by building real tools.
Apps, simulations, AI workflows, XR experiences — we choose the technology that fits your challenge. The goal is always the same: your team walks away with both a working product and the skills to grow it.

From idea to working product
New technology moves fast. Most workers are left behind.
Knowing about a tool is not the same as being able to use it.
Hands-on building gets people from curiosity to capability.
New tools emerge every day — AI, XR, simulation, automation. But the average worker or user is nowhere near the frontier. They're asked to adopt technologies they don't yet understand, with no time, guidance, or safe space to experiment.
This gap doesn't close by itself. It widens. And traditional training — slide decks, manuals, one-off workshops — doesn't bridge it.
We do. By getting people hands-on with real tools, building real things, from the first minute. That's how curiosity becomes capability.
Pick one training challenge, onboarding procedure, or technology idea. We help you turn it into something people can practice, test, or build on.
Our process is grounded in constructivism: people build understanding by building, testing, and improving real things.
We map your capability challenge and learner journey.
Together we shape the format, tools, and approach.
Prototypes, simulations, AI workflows — something tangible.
Validate with the people who will actually use it.
Your team can continue, adapt, and grow what we built together.
Your team gains skills they keep.
Real tools people can test and use.
Safe environments for high-stakes learning.
Teams learn by building with AI tools.
We leave you with the skill, not just the product.
From one prototype to organization-wide practice.
Success means people leave more capable than they arrived. The goal is not more content — it's more capability. Practical skills that transfer directly to how people work, train, and perform.
Our work grows from hands-on prototyping, real-world experimentation, and peer-reviewed research. We bring that practical, research-informed mindset into every collaboration.
Publications in Springer Nature proceedings document our findings on generational digital fluency, VR learning effectiveness, and learner engagement — and inform how we design hands-on experiences.
